If you have an original Igniter™, or are still on the R4 release the newest editor is not backward-compatible. You need to download the legacy Config Editor Here:

How It Works
To use the software, either copy all the files from your μSD card to the computer, or just directly open the files from the μSD card. From File->Open you can select the config.ini file that you want to edit. Once open, you have access to all the variables that can be edited, and a description of what each one does is given in the corner when you click it.
Ignite-ulator™ and Spark-ulator™
The newest revolution in config editing, Ignite-ulator™ simulates the blade and accent settings so you can see what your settings do before putting it in the hilt. You can even move sliders in real time and see what the values change! This allows you to get the color and accents correct without having to take the card in and out multiple times.
Note that since it is a simulator it isn’t perfect and you may see slightly different speeds and colors due to variations of the computer and the actual hardware.
Automatic File Scanning and Fixing
When you open a file, Igniter™ Config File Editor automatically scans the file and fixes many issues. It removes unnecessary variables, fixes values that are incorrect, and scans all the .wav files and sets the correct numbers in the files. Now you don’t have to count anymore, just dump your .wavs in the directory and open the program to set the correct values! It even renames the files if you missed a number, so you don’t have to be careful to number your files in a consecutive order.
Add Wavs to an Existing Font
Have a font that has one type of sound that is lacking? No problem, simply use the Add Wavs functionality to add more wavs to the current font. By going to Edit->Add Wavs, and simply selecting wavs from other locations on disk or even other fonts, the wavs will be added into this font and renumbered appropriately. You can even drag and drop files directly into the Config Editor main window to do this as well.
To add wav files, first click ‘Edit->Add wavs’ from the current font that is being edited.
Navigate to the location where the new wavs reside, and select them using ctrl+click.
Wavs will be copied into the directory, and the config will be updated with the correct number.
Auto Convert Wav Types
Having issues with fonts not working well, causing the board to lock up? Making a new font from raw sounds that aren’t in the format used by Igniter™? No problem, simply use the Convert Wav functionality on any wav file to ensure that it works correctly with Igniter™ and Spark™! This functionality will downsample a wav from 44100Hz to 22050Hz, it will convert from stereo to mono, and it will remove pesky headers in the wav file that are not supported by Igniter™! This can be done on any wav file, but is auto-applied when opening a new font in the config editor.
To convert files go to ‘File->Convert Wavs’. This can be done at any time; a font does not have to be open.
Select the files where conversion is desired using ctrl+click to multi-select. These can be any wav files and do not have to be ones named with the Igniter™ naming convention.
The popup window will display conversion progress.
To use Igniter™ Config File Editor, you must be running Windows XP or higher. Currently no MAC support is available, though it may be offered in the future.
Also, you must have .Net 4.0 installed on your computer. This is a free download from Microsoft. I have included this exe in the zip file, so make sure to run it first before installing the .msi. You can find details about it and here:
